Child Safety Standards

TradeTrail, operated by Cistem Code, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Users must not create, upload, request, send, promote, store, or distribute content or engage in conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material, including real, altered, generated, or illustrated material.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child.
• Sex trafficking, exploitation, or facilitating access to a child for sexual purposes.
• Sexualised comments, messages, images, job posts, business profiles, reviews, or links involving children.
• Requests for, offers of, or instructions that enable CSAE or conceal such activity.

Report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or child endangerment through the Contact Us option in the TradeTrail app or email our child-safety contact at info@cistemcode.com. Include the relevant account, conversation, job, or business details, but do not download, copy, or email suspected CSAM.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In Australia, call 000. Reports can also be made to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation.

When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may promptly restrict access to or remove the content, suspend or terminate involved accounts, preserve relevant information where lawful, and report confirmed material or conduct to the appropriate law-enforcement or child-safety authority as required by applicable law. We may also cooperate with lawful investigations.

TradeTrail complies with applicable child-safety laws and maintains processes for reviewing reports and escalating confirmed CSAM to the appropriate regional authority. Attempts to evade these standards, retaliate against a reporter, or interfere with an investigation may result in immediate account action.

Cistem Code is the designated child-safety point of contact for TradeTrail. Google Play, law-enforcement agencies, child-safety organisations, and users may contact info@cistemcode.com regarding potential CSAE content, enforcement, or review procedures.
